Accountabilities

What You Will Do

  • Lead the sales function with executive responsibility.
  • Drive revenue individually and for the entire team
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Client Delivery, Marketing, and Accounting teams.
  • Build and grow external relationships.
  • Create and execute your “plan to win.”
  • Bring enthusiasm and eagerness to help the company grow.

Key Skills

Professional Competencies & Personal Strengths

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees/certifications a plus.
  • Proven success selling to mid-market (Professional talent services Marketplace B2B) with a “Land & Expand” mission.
  • Expertise in sales cycle management and achieving growth targets.
  • Passionate about building and leading driven teams.
  • Skilled in sales modeling, strategy, incentives, and compensation.
  • Thrive in second-stage growth environments ($5M → $30M growth cycle).
  • Background in insurance, staffing, or HR services preferred.
  • Extraordinarily hungry, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented.
