Renaissance of Hope, Inc. (ROH), the nonprofit development arm of Straight Gate International Church (SGIC), is on a mission to transform lives and communities. Their goal is to be a beacon of true ministry, where divine resources meet human needs through loving channels. They are dedicated to engaging in nonprofit residential and community real estate programs that uplift and support low and moderate-income individuals.
Their vision is to develop a well-connected, equitable neighborhood anchored by the major transit corridors of Grand River and Livernois. Through their Strategic Development Plan, they aim to build on the area’s rich history and strengths by repurposing vacant buildings and lots, and optimizing existing spaces, organizations, and projects. This effort is designed to foster a sense of ownership, pride, and community spirit.
