The Frey Foundation is seeking a motivated Communications and Administrative Assistant who will handle various administrative tasks including guest reception, meeting scheduling, mail processing, phone support, and event planning, while also providing executive assistance to the President and CFOO. This individual will also help to manage both internal and external communications, website upkeep, social media engagement, and the foundation’s communication strategy.
