Essential Responsibilites
- Build and maintain backend processes for payroll systems
- Provide insight and solutions to payroll inefficiencies
- Work with Payroll Service Providers to identify and resolve system issues
Must Haves
- Expertise in payroll systems and technologies (Paycor, ADP, Paylocity, etc)
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Desire to improve organizations while seeking flexibility and variety in work
