They are seeking a skilled Human Resources Director to join their growing team. The HR Director will play a pivotal role in fostering an employee-centric, purpose-driven culture across all their entities and employing positive reinforcement methodologies to cultivate an exceptional work environment. With your strong leadership background, you will be responsible for overseeing organization development in various areas of HR such as benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, branding, communications, and organizational growth. This role will be positioned under the umbrella of Straight Gate Church and will report to the Chief of Staff.
