Essential Responsibilites

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring manager and/or committee to understand their expectations.
  • Utilize various recruiting methods to attract top talent.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Must Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting within any industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fully onsite or hybrid work environment.
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools and methods.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
