HR Collaborative Brings Flexible HR Talent Solution to Metro Detroit
The pandemic has changed how we work. In response, we here at HR Collaborative are working to change how HR works.
Over the past three years, we’ve iterated on an interim HR service model that provides employers HR experts they can integrate onto their team when, where, and for however long they need them.
COVID has only accelerated the need for this model. And, consequently, our development of it.
And now, we’re excited to announce that we are officially expanding this service to Metro Detroit.
More than 60 organizations in West Michigan have already tapped into the HR Collaborative flex talent network to:
- Augment their people operations. Whether it’s bringing on an extra recruiter during a heavy hiring season or a benefits specialist ahead of open enrollment or a generalist to temporarily increase overall capacity.
- Fill temporary personnel gaps. Upcoming parental or medical leave? Or an unexpected turnover on the team? No worries. There’s an HR flex professional ready to provide a much needed stop-gap.
- Kick-off their HR. Building an HR function without experience in HR can be overwhelming. Embedding an expert into your operations and culture makes laying a solid foundation easy.

Coming to Metro Detroit
We’ve already begun expanding our interim HR services to the east side of the state. Last year, we provided more than 2,500 hours of flex HR to organizations in the region.
But now, as demand has increased, we’re making the expansion a priority for the organization.
Our founder, Beth Kelly, is excited about focusing on growing HR Collaborative’s flex talent network into SE Michigan.
