About Pam

Pam Olson is a seasoned HR leader and consultant with over 25 years of experience in driving organizational success through strategic human resource solutions. As our HR Manager, Pam brings her expertise in strategic planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, team member relations, and the implementation of HR systems and processes to HR Collaborative’s own people operations.

Her expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, as well as Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transitions and administration.

Before joining HR Collaborative, Pam served as Vice President of Human Resources at Crystal Flash, where she led the company’s transition to a 100% employee-owned organization through the implementation of an ESOP. Her career highlights also include developing innovative compensation programs, managing self-funded benefits, and implementing HRIS and payroll systems to optimize efficiency. Pam’s impact spans various industries, including distribution, manufacturing, nonprofit, and hospitality.

Pam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). A dedicated community advocate, she is a member of 100 Women Who Care in Greater Grand Rapids, supporting nonprofits that strengthen the community.
