Josh Burgett

Josh Burgett serves as the Chief Sales Officer at HR Collaborative, where he leads with a strategic vision to align sales and client engagement efforts with the company’s mission of “making work better.” With over 15 years of leadership experience across corporate partnerships, community engagement, and economic development, Josh brings a wealth of expertise in building strong relationships and driving impactful outcomes. 

Prior to joining HR Collaborative, Josh was the Executive Director of Community Engagement and Corporate Citizenship at Consumers Energy, where he fostered meaningful connections between the company and the communities it served. He also held leadership roles at the Michigan Land Bank and Michigan International Speedway, where he spearheaded business development and corporate partnerships, contributing to growth and long-term sustainability. 

Josh holds a Master of Physical Education with an Emphasis on Sport Management and Athletic Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Siena Heights University. Known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to inspire teams, Josh is dedicated to creating value for clients and empowering organizations to succeed. Outside of work, Josh enjoys connecting with local leaders and exploring innovative approaches to business development.
