Find - Prefer to handle the recruiting/sourcing yourself but don't have access to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)? Would you benefit from a professional, custom-created job posting? How about extra exposure for your open position? Along with crafting a job posting designed to attract your right candidate, in the "Find" package, we provide you access to a custom portal in our ATS. We also promote your job on our own social media channels.
Fill - Looking for help with sourcing? Need a hand accelerating your interview process? Along with everything included in the "Find" package, we'll also passively source candidates, review all applications submitted through our ATS, and facilitate one-way video interviews that you and your team can review asynchronously.
Fit - Need additional assurance you're making the right decision? Along with everything included in the "Find" and "Fill" packages, the "Fit" package also includes 2 validated job-fit assessments and 2 reference check reports, so you know you've found the right person for the role.
Research – We'll provide a picture of what the current talent pool looks like in your region and what the competitive salary range may be. In the "Fit" package, you'll receive a validated compensation benchmark report in full.
Enable – You'll receive a customized portal in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which will allow you and your hiring manager to easily review applications and move candidates through the process. We'll provide user training and support as needed.
Attract – We'll create a professional, custom job posting for the position. All postings will be submitted to you for approval before going live.
Reach – Upon your approval, we'll post the position to major job boards via our ATS. We'll also share the posting on our LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
Source – We'll passively source candidates who meet the specified criteria for the position and invite them to apply.
Accelerate – We'll manage the invitation and facilitation of one-way interviews. Once all interviews are complete, we'll send you the recordings for you and your team to review.
Validate – This includes up to 2 validated job-fit assessments, which can be used at any time during your hiring process. (We recommend conducting them ahead of the final round of interviews). Additional assessments are available for $295 each.
Verify – This includes up to 2 reference check reports. Additional reference checks are available for $100 each.
60 days. You may keep the portal open longer at a rate of $100 per month. If you don't renew the posting and, instead, ask to repost at a later time, access to the portal will require the purchase of a new package.
Yes. You can hire as many candidates as you like. Each package is per position, not per person.
As long as the position is the same, you can add as many locations as you'd like to your package. But there are a few additional costs:
