Morgan Klinker

Morgan Klinker is an HR Associate at HR Collaborative, growing her career in human resource operations and client engagement. A dedicated professional with a strong foundation in business administration and HR management, Morgan combines her skills and passion for creating thriving workplaces to make a positive impact.

Morgan’s professional experience includes internships with Thermo Fisher Scientific and Fortis Life Sciences, where she excelled in onboarding, analytics, and process improvement. Notably, she standardized onboarding processes for intern programs and implemented a recognition program to increase employee satisfaction and engagement. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail have been instrumental in fostering cohesive and inclusive team environments.

Currently she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Morgan also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Hope College.
