Kailyn Hamm

Kailyn Hamm brings her passion for empowering business leaders and making work better for individuals and organizations alike to her role as People Strategist at HR Collaborative. With a multi-faceted background in business management, human resources, and event coordination, she takes a balanced, people-first approach- helping businesses align their People Processes with long-term business goals for continued growth and thriving workplaces.

Her experience at HR Collaborative spans across multiple impactful roles, from Talent Placement Strategist to HR Consultant. Each position has strengthened her expertise in employee relations, leadership development, and talent management. Prior to joining HR Collaborative, she honed her leadership skills and operational excellence in management roles at Starbucks and Teavana, where she cultivated high-performing teams and fostered a culture of inclusivity and growth.

A Grand Rapids native, Kailyn is dedicated to giving back through community involvement and advocacy. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Camp Blodgett and Beyond26, as well as serving on the Ambassador’s Council and OutPro Council for the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce. A “people person” through and through, Kailyn enjoys cultivating authentic relationships, professionally and personally, growing her network while uplifting others through intentional connections.

Outside of her professional and community endeavors, you can find her spending time with her two dogs, two cats, and loved ones, or exploring everything the Great Lakes State has to offer.
