Jamie Knoertzer

Jamie Knoertzer is a dynamic HR solution and people leader with over 15 years of experience in talent strategy, recruiting, and people-first solutions. Since joining HR Collaborative in 2020, Jamie has played a key role in helping organizations build resilient and engaged teams. Her innate curiosity and optimism fuel her passion for creating innovative solutions that support employees at every stage of the employment lifecycle.

Prior to her role at HR Collaborative, Jamie led recruitment efforts as the Executive Director of Recruiting at Northwestern Mutual, where she fostered community partnerships and drove inclusive hiring practices. She also honed her leadership and communications expertise across roles in marketing, development, and corporate sales. Her diverse experience has cultivated her ability to bridge strategic goals with meaningful employee experiences.

A proud graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Organizational Communication, Management, and Marketing. Jamie also holds certifications as a Master Trainer. Outside of work, she’s an active community volunteer, enjoys speaking engagements, reading, pursuing fitness and sports, and diligently seeks to add to her trusted advisor network. She also serves on the Executive Committee for Lakeside Community Church. Whether mentoring professionals or connecting over creative projects, Jamie’s enthusiasm for helping others thrive is undeniable.
