Caleb Colp

Caleb Colp serves as Chief of Staff at HR Collaborative, where he helps drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across the organization. In this pivotal role, Caleb works closely with senior leadership to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, enhance internal processes, and ensure every team is aligned with the firm’s mission of making work better.

Drawing on his deep background in finance, systems architecture, and data management, Caleb brings a rare blend of analytical insight and organizational savvy. Before stepping into the Chief of Staff role, he led transformative data and systems projects at Kinexus Group and most recently served as Finance Manager for the company.  Caleb also has a strong background in technology consulting with both enterprise and small business clients; helping build a technology consulting firm that was sold in 2022. His ability to translate complex systems into streamlined, people-centered solutions makes him a trusted advisor and internal connector.

Caleb holds a degree in Economics from Cornerstone University and brings a strong sense of purpose to both his work and community. He currently serves on the board of New Heights CCDA and is passionate about using technology and strategy to fuel impact.
