Caitlin Moyer serves as Office Manager at HR Collaborative, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in operations, administrative support, and event coordination to the team. Before joining HR Collaborative, Caitlin spent nine years at Creative Solutions Group supporting executives, streamlining operations, and seamlessly managing priorities. She led cross-functional collaboration, implemented company-wide improvements, and trained teams on new systems to enhance efficiency

Caitlin earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing from Central Michigan University.

Her role is pivotal in supporting HR Collaborative’s mission of “making work better” by optimizing internal processes and enhancing organizational efficiency.
