About Brenda

Brenda Lenneman is an experienced HR Consultant dedicated to equipping organizations with the tools and strategies they need to thrive. Since joining HR Collaborative in 2023, Brenda has brought her expertise in workforce development, employee relations, and strategic planning to support businesses in making work better.

Brenda’s HR journey spans over a decade, with roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Training & Development Program Manager at Corewell Health, where she led initiatives that enhanced leadership capabilities and improved organizational performance. Her background also includes valuable experience in the insurance industry, where she honed her skills in client relations and compliance as an Account Executive and underwriter.

Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and an MBA from Grand Valley State University. Her commitment to growth extends beyond her professional work—she volunteers as Chair of Policy and Strategic Planning for the Portland St. Patrick School Board, where she lends her leadership to her community.

When she’s not empowering clients with strategic HR solutions, Brenda enjoys fostering connections within her professional network and is always up for coffee! In addition, she and her husband stay very active with their 3 boys and love for the outdoors.
