Our team of HR Flex Professionals has a wide range of expertise at all levels (from HR Administrator to CHRO). They are at the ready to take on new assignments, so we can match you with the talent you need when you need it.
Each Flex Pro receives full support from HR Collaborative allowing them to address any challenge that may arise.
While on assignment, each Pro's goal is to become an extension of your team.
Our talent placement team leverages our HR expertise and partnership experience to get a snapshot of your needs and select an individual whose flexibility, areas of expertise, and goals align with yours.
You will be included in the selection process! In the first steps of our process, we will assess what your needs are and pick a variety of vetted professionals whose expertise matches your situation. You will have a chance to speak to the individual to make sure they are the right fit prior to committing.
Our HR professionals are a flexible resource. Once your Pro starts, you are in full control of their schedule. We will help you establish agreed-upon availability and estimated hours, but if changes are needed, you and your Pro can talk through them as your partnership continues.
You will be billed at an hourly rate and will receive an invoice weekly. Prior to invoicing, our Billing Team will send you an email requesting approval of the hours your Pro recorded for the week.
Our matchmaking services are so good, you may never want them to leave! It isn't unusual for our stop-gap resource to become a client's permanent solution.
More than 30% of our Pros have been hired by our clients.
We use a sliding scale conversion fee chart based on how long your Pro has been working with you. It's a low-risk, "hire" return!
