Position Overview

Family Health Center is seeking an experienced Interim HR Director to provide leadership and strategic guidance during a transitional period. This role will be critical in driving HR initiatives and supporting cross-functional teams across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Interim HR Director will oversee the HR team and play a key role in shaping organizational success.

Job Type: Contract, 40 hours/week, 3-month contract; Onsite
Pay: $80-$90/hour

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a dynamic HR team, including 1 HR Manager, 2 HR Generalists, 2 Recruiters, an HR Admin Assistant, and a Credentialing Specialist.
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, credentialing, and compliance efforts.
• Foster cross-functional leadership across diverse healthcare teams, including physicians, dentists, and hygienists.
• Provide corporate-level HR leadership, including strategy planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies. 

Qualifications: 

Required:

• Proven HR leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and corporate-level HR leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Availability to work onsite full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with ADP HRIS systems.
• Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR).
