Job Overview

Leads all HR programs for the company to improve performance, productivity and engagement of employees.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and development, aligning efforts with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training, onboarding, and career development programs, utilizing digital tools like LMS to support skill-building, leadership growth, and long-term retention.
  • Manage grant-funded workforce programs, internships, and apprenticeships in collaboration with leadership to support talent pipeline growth and community workforce development.
  • Provide coaching and operational HR support to leaders and staff, supervise HR Specialists, and ensure compliance and effective performance management practices.
  • Drive data-informed retention strategies through stay/exit interviews, pulse surveys, and engagement analytics, continuously fostering a culture of learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. 10 years in the HR field, preferably as an HR Business Partner
  3. Documented experience working directly with training and development programs
  4. Presentation skills
  5. Ability to problem-solve
  6. Strong communication skills
  7. Teamwork
  8. Able to lead, develop and mentor others
