Job Overview
Leads all HR programs for the company to improve performance, productivity and engagement of employees.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and development, aligning efforts with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training, onboarding, and career development programs, utilizing digital tools like LMS to support skill-building, leadership growth, and long-term retention.
- Manage grant-funded workforce programs, internships, and apprenticeships in collaboration with leadership to support talent pipeline growth and community workforce development.
- Provide coaching and operational HR support to leaders and staff, supervise HR Specialists, and ensure compliance and effective performance management practices.
- Drive data-informed retention strategies through stay/exit interviews, pulse surveys, and engagement analytics, continuously fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years in the HR field, preferably as an HR Business Partner
- Documented experience working directly with training and development programs
- Presentation skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork
- Able to lead, develop and mentor others
