Essential Responsibilites
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring manager and/or committee to understand their expectations.
- Utilize various recruiting methods to attract top talent.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Must Haves
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting within any industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fully onsite or hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and methods.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
