Our nonprofit client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist who can help build their HR department from the ground up. They are rapidly growing and need support with reviewing and updating their handbooks for employees and volunteers, developing HR policies and procedures, creating a solid interviewing process, and being their point person for all HR-related issues and questions. This person will also need to be bilingual in Spanish as their organization works with a large population of Spanish-speaking individuals.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys starting from scratch and helping to build a strong foundation for HR to thrive in an organization. This assignment is scheduled to begin in January and be a permanent fractional HR resource for their organization. They would also like this person to be onsite at their office in Grand Rapids. The hours will vary depending on workload but are projected to be between 10-15 hours per week.
