The West Michigan Regional Medical Consortium (WMRMC) is a non-profit 501c3 organization that serves as the fiduciary for Region 6 and Region 7 Healthcare Coalitions, Region 6 Homeland security Grant Program, and the Medical Control Authority for Muskegon County, Michigan. They work closely with the state and other Medical Control Authorities (MCAs) to regulate and oversee emergency medical services (EMS) through implementing and monitoring protocols and improving patient care. Their goal has always been to provide the best medical support to their community through improving their EMS services and driving change. They are a small but mighty group of individuals who value privacy and integrity to effectively serve their community and improve EMS standards with each project and protocol they take on.

They are seeking a Region 7 Regional Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination of the Regional Healthcare Coalition Preparedness Program including the continued development of the program to improve the capacity of the health care system. With your strong interpersonal and organization skills, you’ll collaborate with seven other Regional Health Care Coalitions, state Public Health, and Emergency Management in multi-disciplinary response systems and planning efforts.
