Essential Responsibilites

As an HR Consultant you will have a portfolio of clients (small to mid-size businesses) and meet regularly to provide HR Consultation and solutions. Additionally, you will be part of our greater HR Talent Community with a wealth of tools and resources at your disposal.

Must Haves

A successful candidate will have:

  • 8 years of progressive HR experience benefiting from a generalist background with solid understanding of employment law
  • Demonstrated experience and success at development of HR strategy and execution of workplans
  • Exceptional communication abilities (both written and verbal), well organized with impeccable follow through
  • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills to navigate complex situations
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and manage multiple accounts with differing business challenges
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field of study; Master’s degree preferred. An HR Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is highly desirable
