Our client is seeking a Human Resources Benefits Admin. to join their human resources team. This is an onsite role located in Ionia County.

As a Benefits Admin, you would be¬†responsible for leading the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the benefit programs under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources. He/she collaborates with the other members of the human resources team to provide support and ensure continuity of workflow between payroll, benefits, compensation, and other areas of human resources. He/she will design, manage, and assess competitive benefits, compensation, and rewards programs that strengthen the company’s ability to attract and retain employees and deliver desired results to the organization.
