Broadway Grand Rapids (BGR) was established in September of 1988 with the mission of bringing the very best of national touring Broadway productions to Grand Rapids.
They are looking for a dynamic and creative President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the larger strategic plan and oversee the day-to-day operations of BGR. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a committed board of directors (BOD) and staff members in leading a respected and accomplished organization in Grand Rapids and building upon its current offerings and success.
To ensure mission delivery and the sustainability of BGR, you will organize financial and fundraising efforts and initiatives. You will be responsible for financial planning and management, administration, and providing direction and management to a small but dedicated and talented team. You will facilitate an environment of excellence and collaboration for the staff members and BOD, maintain partnerships in the community, and inspire patrons and stakeholders to strengthen and grow the position of BGR. You will serve as the face and ambassador of BGR and be an advocate for the theatre and the arts in West Michigan.
