The Human Resource Administrator touches all facets of Human Capital Management with an emphasis on recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, compliance, and employee relations. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing human resources functions, policies, systems, and procedures.
