CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Kent County is the only local volunteer organization that empowers everyday citizens to become appointed members of the Kent County court system to act on behalf of abused or neglected children as they pass through the family court system.
We are looking for our new Executive Director to lead and direct our organization. The Executive Director will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the staff, programs, administrative affairs of CASA of Kent County, and the execution of our mission. The Executive Director will translate the vision into strategies and actionable objectives and ensure long-term impact, growth, and sustainability.
This position requires high-level collaboration and influencing with the Board, staff members, partners, and volunteers to achieve high performance and secure strong community support. The ideal candidate will possess skills that balance internal management responsibilities with the external visibilities that are vital to attaining the strategic goals of CASA of Kent County.
